Return Policy: 24 hour cancellation policy and tardy policy enforced; Customers wishing to reschedule/cancel appointments needs to call office and leave a voicemail 24 hrs prior to scheduled appointment time to avoid $30 broken appointment fee; absolutely no other forms of messages are accepted including texts or last minute emails please call 404.444.2866 and leave a voicemail with your contact information and appointment time to ensure we received your message and take care of the rescheduling free of charge prior to if the requirements of the 24 hr cancellation policy are met. If the appointment is cancelled at the last minute, a client no shows, is more than 10 mins late for appointment, or doesn't follow office's policy the $30 fee will be accessed and client must be in good standing prior to any rescheduled appointment. A valid debit/credit card must be on file and all services must be pre paid prior to any booked/secured appointments made. If a client doesn't choose to place a valid card on file an appointment will not be granted. There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments; however please arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time to allow enough time to complete necessary paperwork and ask any questions during consultation. If weekend service is booked payment in full is required and if the client no shows or cancels after the 24 hour policy payment is forfeited 100% of service will be charged!
